If you are interested in a specific design, and would like a certain style in bead/color/length, email me and I will be glad to assist you in creating something just for you! All items come with a 10 day money back guarantee (return postage is not refundable), provided the item has not been worn or used.  Please contact me with your concerns and to arrange your return, with a copy of your original receipt. 

Any item damaged as a result of misuse or neglect will not be refunded.

Most packages will be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).  USPS Priority Mail is my preferred shipping method.  Most jewelry can be shipped for $6.00 with an average 2-3 day delivery window. If you purchase more than 4 items, your items will be shipped for free. I am willing to ship orders internationally, and will do so at the fairest rate possible. Please feel free to contact me if you are ordering from outside the U.S, and I will supply you with the shipping rate to your country or region. Unfortunately, due to the extremely high instances of overseas fraud, Alluring Bead Designs reserves the right to refuse any order it suspects to be fraudulent in nature. At this time, any overseas purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Additionally, the customer accepts all risks associated with any overseas shipments.  Alluring Bead Designs will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages (due to the inability to insure). All shipping charges, customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

New designs will be updated on a regular basis! If you would like a different size in link or bead color, please indicate in the appropriate field. Your  preferences will be changed at no additional charge! I would be glad to create something special for you. If you have an idea of something you would like, don't hesitate to contact me! I am dedicated to customer satisfaction! I also offer repairs on Beaded Jewelry, for a minimal charge. Over time Silver will tarnish, I recommend using an instant tarnish remover to keep your Sterling Silver pieces dazzling! Please refer to our color chart for all available Swarovski Bead Colors.

All items will be polished upon shipment to you!
